Co-Org

With the aim of promoting the connecting concept in Israeli society, CoLab offers a customized process for organizations based on the principles and methods of operation of the fellow program.
At the base of this program is the belief that among organizations where there is human diversity, there is a rare opportunity to have a significant process that will advance the organization, its employees and society as a whole. The process suggests that organizations put the existing human diversity in the organization at the center of the stage, and leverage it for the benefit of entrepreneurship within the organization and for its target audiences.
