Aliza Silvera, the director of the Community Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center in Ramla, which aims to create social change by empowering the various communities in Ramla. As part of her work, she leads dialogue processes and builds collaborations among leaders, the local authority and the police, and manages interfaces with the local authority, government ministries, organizations and various communities. In addition, she volunteers as chair of the Association of Community Mediation and Dialogue Centers. In the past, she worked as a project manager and customer relations manager at the Entrepreneurship Development Center in the Modiin area, and at a political research and consulting company as an assistant CEO. She holds a B.A. in Politics and Communication from Hadassah College and a mediation certificate from the Gevim Institute. She lives in Ramla.
