Amir Sznajderman, CFO of the Reform Movement, former CEO of the Shemesh Fund for the Development of Beit Shemesh. Among his previous positions Amir was also the director of economic development and loan funds within the framework of the Center for the Encouragement of Business at the Jewish Agency for Israel. Dealing with assisting entrepreneurs and business owners in Israel to develop and expand their businesses. He also serves as the CEO of the Crowd.il project, a peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform for small businesses in the geographic and socioeconomic periphery of Israel. In the past he served as director of financial affairs and economist at the Jewish Agency and held various positions in Bank Hapoalim, including the department manager and deputy director of the branch. He holds a B.A. in economics and political science and is studying for an M.B.A. in finance and marketing, both from the Hebrew University. He lives in Jerusalem.
