Amira, the Co-founder and CEO of Job360 – a technological venture which deals with improving soft employment skills among job seekers from Arab and Ultra-Orthodox society. Prior to that she was the head of training and knowledge development at Al-Fanar, which operates the Ryian workforce development centers in the Arab society. Amira is a social activist involved in establishing a mixed Arab-Jewish local community in her town. In the past, she managed various educational and social programs and led Arab-Jewish and Israeli-Palestinian dialogue groups. She holds an M.A. in management of non-profit organizations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is qualified at group facilitation. She is originally from Abu-Gosh, and now lives in the north of Israel, in Nof HaGalil (formerly Nazereth-Ilit). She is married with two children. Amira believes in connections between varied identities to create a common sphere for all the citizens of Israel.
