Amit Lerner, a social entrepreneur, facilitator and developer of leadership programs. Co-founder of the Teva Marpe Community, which promotes new leadership and building communities based on a connection to oneself, the community and nature. Previously, she managed the Neta program – Leadership that Grows Change in Health; the Hub for Entrepreneurship and Social and Educational Innovation at Beit Berl College; and was involved in developing initiatives that promote knowledge and awareness for social and environmental recovery with a holistic-systemic approach. Amit was also the founder and co-director of the Social Business Management Department at Kibbutzim Seminar College in collaboration with the Democratic Institute. In the past, she was also on the faculty of facilitators at the Heschel Centre for Sustainability, managed the Youth Center in Sderot, and developed programs to promote employment at the Teva Marpe non-profit organization; and she began her career as an economist in the Budget Division of the Ministry of Finance. Amit holds a BA and MA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a graduate of the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. She lives in Revadim.
