Ashraf, the Tiberias Regional Director at the Rehabilitation Department of the Ministry of Defense. Prior to that, he was the North Regional Director of the IACC—Israel Association of Community Centers, and before that he managed the Julis Community Center. Ashraf holds a B.A. in statistics from Haifa University and an M.A. in business management from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Ashraf served in the IDF as a combat soldier and retired with the rank of Lt. Col. He lives in Julis.
