Chavy, the founder and CEO of Erenfeld Education Ltd. And is a social activist to promote ultra-orthodox women. Prior to this, Chavy worked as a Truant Visiting Officer at the Education Department of Beit Shemesh Municipality, she worked in education and was a delegate in Moscow on behalf of The Ministry of Education and The Jewish Agency. In addition, she worked as a coordinator at Navah Beginning to Continue non-profit organization, helping bereaved families in Israel and she continues volunteering there. Chavy holds a B.A. in leadership and management of educational systems from Bar-Ilan University, a teaching certificate and an M.A. in organization consultancy and development from the College of Management Academic Studies, a graduate of Keren Shemesh programs for young entrepreneurs and winner of Keren Shemesh Award for 2015. Chavy won other awards, including Bank Hapoalim, Yediot Ahronot and YNET Award for social business, Small Businesses 9 and the YBI International Award for young female entrepreneurs. She lives in Beit Shemesh.
