Dana Nissel

Deputy CEO 8200 Alumni Association

Dana Nissel, deputy director of the 8200 IDF intelligence unit veteran’s association and manages the non-profit’s offices and social activities in the fields of employment and education. Before that she worked in the business world as vice president of marketing for a medical equipment company; held marketing and digital management positions at Osem-Nestlé and Leumi Card; and engineering and business development roles in the military industry and in Teva. During her army service she held various professional positions in the 8200 unit, and after signing on as a career soldier she ran the unit’s instruction facility. In recent years, Dana began studying coaching at the Adler Institute, motivated by a desire to generate change in society, and transitioned to working in the social sphere. She is now in the final stages of her coaching practicum. Dana holds a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from Ben Gurion University; and an MBA from IDC Herzliya, specializing in marketing; and has completed computer science courses. Dana is also active in local parental leadership and in local social initiatives. Dana is partner to Tomer, a mother of three, and lives in Even Yehuda.
