Danny is an organizational consultant, expert in leadership development and organizational culture. He was the CEO of the non-profit organization Kav Mashve, an organization that promotes equal employment opportunities for Arab citizens. Previously, he co-founded several innovative social initiatives, including Hub Tel-Aviv – the first hub for social entrepreneurship in Israel, in which he accompanied about 300 social projects and initiatives. He was also a co-founder of the Center for Emerging Futures (CEF), that promotes cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians. As an organizational consultant, Danny assisted in creating strategy and team development processes for businesses and social organizations. He holds an M.A. in organizational psychology from Bar-Ilan University and another M.A. in public policy from Harvard University. He lives in Even Yehuda.
