David, a lawyer and the Business Manager of Kibbutz Kfar Etzion. Prior to that, he served as Vice CEO of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, and before that, he was the Bureau Chief at the IACC (Israel Association of Community Centers). Before that, he was an attorney at a private law firm, specializing in commercial litigation, and directed an educational leadership program for teenagers from the Ethiopian community at the Bnei Akiva Youth Movement. David holds an L.L.B. and a certification to practice law, as well as an M.B.A. from the Recanati Executive M.B.A. Program at Tel Aviv University. In addition, David is a captain in the Reserve Corps of the IDF and the founder of the social project “Story of a Journey” with the IACC. He lives in Kfar Etzion.
