Eliad, the founder and CEO of Tashtit (infrastructure) organization that gives non-profit organizations and social entrepreneurs the tools for management and marketing. In the past he was a partner and VP Business and Social Development at EretzIr non-profit organization, where he directed a network of 27 communities to develop a communal quality of life in the geosocial periphery in Israel and where he was responsible for developing the communities, management development and social entrepreneurship, government connections and urban rejuvenation. Prior to the founding of ErezIr, Eliad worked in the social sector in coordinating, guidance and instruction developing and was a co-founder of the social involvement department in the Students Union of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He holds a B.A. in פolitics and עovernment and קducation from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and M.B.A. from Mandel Center for Leadership and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He lives in Pardes Hanna.
