Galit Raz-Dror, freelancer, founder of the Creating Horizons initiative through which she manages projects and facilitates groups in the Israeli-Palestinian sphere. Previously she worked at the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research, where she began as the “Urban Sustainability” project coordinator and rose to become deputy director of budgets and operations. Galit holds a BA in sociology and communications and an MA in conflict study, management, and resolution from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and graduated a group facilitation course from Givat Haviva. Galit is a Jerusalemite, married to Ofer, and has four children. She loves people, is idealistic, committed to social change, believes in diversity as a social asset, and tries to be constantly involved in significant ‘doing’ while enjoying the journey.
