Giti, the director of the ‘Lishma Policy Program’, a partnership between the Lishma Organization and Reichman University that offers training in policy-change processes. The program is intended for senior and influential ultra-Orthodox women in the local or public arena, who are interested in promoting significant social and civic action. In addition, Giti is a co-founder and a board director in Naomi Medi Investments, a company that was established in collaboration with a wide spectrum of entrepreneurs from diverse social and professional backgrounds and develops innovative technology to treat infertility via high resolution ultrasound and electric waves. The company aims to provide groundbreaking medical solutions to fertility challenges. Giti is a graduate of the Mandel Foundation Leadership Institute program in Jerusalem and about to complete her studies for a B.A, in psychology and international relations at the Open University. She lives in Beit Shemesh, is a graduate of Beit Yaakov Institutions, and is an ultra-Orthodox Jew. She Works to integrate inventors from the ultra-Orthodox and Arab populations in Israel’s technological arena and believes in fostering encounters and dynamics between different people and different opinions, as part of an effort to promote a better, deeper and more innovative society.
