Hanan Hassan, Director of Programs and Training, “Tnufa” Initiative of Rashi Foundation, former the director of partnerships and employer relations in the joint Academy and Employment Initiative of the Edmond de Rothschild Bridge for Higher Education and Employment and the Ministry of Labor’s Population Employment Administration. Before that, she was responsible for employer relations at the Rayan Centers and director of employer relations in the northern region on behalf of Atid colleges. Hanan has extensive experience working in social organizations to promote high-quality employment and to manage relationships with employers. She holds a BA in economics from Zefat Academic College and an MA in organizational consulting from Ono Academic College. Married, mother of two sons, lives in Sajur.
