Hanan, a supervisor in the Youth and Community Administration in the Ministry of Education, where she focuses on developing and strengthening the infrastructure for informal education in Arab society, in the northern region. Hanan has won an award for her work and was chosen to be the liaison between the Northern District and the Arab division at the Ministry. Prior to that she worked as a manager of a PISGA Center, which is a ministry professional development center for teachers. She led the center in accreditation by the international European Foundation of Quality and Management (EQFM). Hanan has a certificate in organizational counseling, a B.A. in education and sociology, and an M.A. in educational counseling, all from Haifa University. She is a graduate of the Principal Training Program at Oranim Academic College of Education and is certified to work as a mentor and assessor by the EFQM. Currently, she is writing scientific research about the effects of nonformal education at Bar-Ilan University. She lives in Carmiel and is married with three children.
