Lilach Shefer, the Partnership Manager at Dialogue for Life – Animal Rescue Farm and Healing Space for People in the Eshkol Regional Council. In her last role, Lilach was the director of Community Investments and of Management Skills Development at Matan – United Way. In this role, she managed the track for managerial excellence for senior managers in social organizations and the program’s alumni community. She previously managed the Social Responsibility Department at the Fishman Group. Lilach holds a BA in Humanities and Social Sciences and a teaching certificate from the Department of Education at Tel Aviv University. Mother of three sons. Lives in Ramat Gan.
