Lili, the founder and CEO of Michal Sela Forum that operates with the aim of eradicating domestic violence. She also advises and directs educational programs of public bodies in the fields of social entrepreneurship and gender and is an activist in the field of violence against women. In the past, she directed Wizo Jerusalem Leadership Center and presented weekly on national TV show called Osim Seder. She has also worked for a long period of time at the Ministry of Education in a large number of positions. Among other things, Lili established a national community of educators, founded the nurseries of the Hebrew University, The Lobby for Gender Equality, established the Fair Employment for Teachers, and joined the principal’s forum Future-Oriented Pedagogical Laboratory. She holds a B.A. in Israel and biblical studies and an M.A. in education, with honors, both from the Hebrew University. She lives in Beit Zayit.
