Michal Harel, director of programs and collaborations and a board member in Pa’amonim, a leading non-profit that aims to promote financial resilience throughout Israel by assisting individuals and families to conduct their finances in a balanced and responsible manner. As part of her role, she runs the special programs for and in collaboration with government offices and other large organizations and is responsible for developing strategic collaborations. Michal has a wealth of experience in managing complicated, professioanl long-term partnerships. Previously she served as a judicial assistant for a regional court judge. Michal is a lawyer with an LLB from the Hebrew University and an MBA, with honors, in business administration, specializing in social leadership, from Ben Gurion University and the Mandel Foundation. Mother of five, she lives in Moreshet in the Misgav regional council.
