Michel, the director of the Department for Community Building at the IACC (Israel Association of Community Centers), where he works since 1998 in various positions. He was the director of the community center in Shlomi and Mitzpe Ramon, was the director of the children and youth discipline in Mizpe Ramon, facilitator of the Northern District and in the past worked as the director of the Southern District for The Jewish Agency. He lives in Kiryat Tiv’on.
