Moran Mizrachi, director of the National Insurance Institute Funds department. In this role she promotes social policy while budgeting and developing services in strategic partnership with government offices, organizations, non-profits, and local authorities, for the benefit of weakened populations at risk and to reduce social gaps. She also serves as the NII representative in public committees and forums. In her previous roles she was a county director at the Ministry of Social Affairs; supervised policy implementation and programs in the field of youth and young adults at risk at the Ministry of Social Affairs; and served as a probation officer for adults. Moran holds a BA in social work from Ben Gurion University, and an MA in social work from Bar Ilan University. Married to Tal, mother of three, lives in Modi’in.
