Nati Rotstein, established and manages the Tech-Career association’s In-Tech program that is entrusted with encouraging Ethiopian immigrants to enter hi-tech. The program exposes young Ethiopians to the hi-tech industry, bolsters their sense of ability, and encourages them toward education in the field. Previously he served as a development engineer and project manager at hi-tech companies and at the Prime Minister’s Office. Nati holds a BA and an MA in mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University in the Negev. In parallel he has held civil society positions, including managing a branch of Paamonim association and training volunteers there; and managing programs to complete adult education among underprivileged populations in Be’er Sheva. In addition, Nati conducts workshops in the field of circular breathing and focusing. Lives in Tel Aviv. In a relationship.
