Nati Rotstein, established and manages the Tech-Career association’s In-Tech program that is entrusted with encouraging Ethiopian immigrants to enter hi-tech. The program exposes young Ethiopians to the hi-tech industry, bolsters their sense of ability, and encourages them toward education in the field. Previously he served as a development engineer and project manager at hi-tech companies and at the Prime Minister’s Office. Nati holds a BA and an MA in mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University in the Negev. In parallel he has held civil society positions, including managing a branch of Paamonim association and training volunteers there; and managing programs to complete adult education among underprivileged populations in Be’er Sheva.
