Nir Topper

CoLab Coordinator (graduate of CoLab IACC)

Nir Topper, CoLab Coordinator since 2024, in his previous roles Nir managed educational systems, including an NGO aimed at fostering connections within Israeli society and community centers in Metula, Mevo’ot HaHermon, and Julis. Prior to that, Nir held positions in several NGO’s and at the public sector, among them: facilitating and guiding the annual program of the Young Judaea movement in Israel, serving as a Jewish Agency emissary (Shaliach) in the U.S., and advising the Director-General of the Ministry of Education.
Over the past two decades, Nir has focused on management. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Political Science, is a certified tour guide in Israel, and a group facilitator abroad. Since 1997, he has been engaged in the fields of education, society, and politics in Israel, specializing in local authorities and their relationship with the central government. He resides in Yuvalim, in the Galilee.
