Nizar Daaka, Lecturer in Innovative Education and 21st Century Skills at Kay College, District Instructor at the Ministry of Education and Advisor for Community Resilience at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Researching for a doctorate at the University of Murcia in Spain on the impact of innovative education on teacher training. Previously, he served as a lecturer in educational leadership in the Department of Education and Community at Kinneret College; was a member of the Leaders Community – Education for Shared Life at the Accord Center for Social Psychology at the Hebrew University; directed the Arab Comprehensive School in Mateh Yehuda; and directed a therapeutic institution in Sh’faram. Nizar holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern studies and a M.A. in administration and National Security, both from Haifa University, and he is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Program of the Mandel Institute for Leadership. Nizar served in the IDF Human Resources Division, and was discharged with the rank of Lt. Col. He is Druze, married and father of three, lives in Sh’faram.
