Oren Itzhaki, the CEO of Na Laga’at Center – a nonprofit culture and art center that integrates people with disabilities in society, and provides an equal stage for meeting between deaf, blind individuals and the wide public. Na’agat operates four different centers: theater, dark restaurant, event center and workshop center, all of them employ actors, waiters, mentors and other employees with sensory limitations. Prior to that, he served as VP of Meditech Cultural Complex in Holon and managed the operations of the Design Museum, Comic Museum, Meditech Theater, Holon Cinematheque and the Central Library. In the past, he served as a producer at the Alley theater and as a production manager specializing in multi participants events. Oren holds a B.A. in social sciences and humanities from the Open University of Israel and is a graduate of a course for managers of cultural and art institutions. He lives in Tel Aviv.
He is a co-founder of the Co.Lab Initiative: Online sign language course.
