Orit Eisen, organizational consultant, facilitator, designer of development processes and accompanies people and organizations in processes of change, growth and innovation. Orit has extensive experience in training and professional development of educators in academia, local authorities and schools; as well as working with groups using a variety of participatory methodologies. Orit holds BA and MA in History and Philosophy of Education with a specialization in Democratic Education; and has participated in a variety of courses and trainings. Married and a mother of three, lives in Kiryat Ono.
