Racheli, the director of development and education at OU Israel. She is a social entrepreneur and community manager of Ahuki and AhukiNation, a communal platform that promotes social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and community. She is a director of digital media and lectures on social media. Racheli is a former educational Shlicha to the Jewish community in Boston. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in educational management and has a teaching certificate in Bible studies, all from Bar-Ilan University. She wrote her thesis on formative experiences in the lives of principals that shaped and changed their managing patterns. She is originally from Beit Shemesh, lives in Jerusalem, is married, and has two children. She is a smartphone photography enthusiast.
