Rita Brudnik

Director of Impact Programs ROI Community

Rita Brudnik, a projects manager of social impact and change processes, and currently the director of Impact Programs in ROI Community. Previously, she served as Community and Partnerships Director at Techforchanges, a digital and community platform for Ukrainian refugees. Rita is a social activist with the Women Wage Peace organization and a former headquarters coordinator. In the past, she was the head of BINA, the secular yeshiva in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and worked with at-risk youth. Rita made Aliyah to Israel at the age of ten from the former USSR, and she was the founding director of Fishka, a community for Russian-speaking youth in Israel. Rita holds a B.A. in educational therapy, is a graduate of the Gvanim Olim Leadership Program, and has completed other community leadership programs. She lives in Holon and is a co-founder of the CoLab initiative: Tahrir – Bina ‘Shechuna’, a cultural initiative.
