Rodayna, the Representative of Marcia’s Light Foundation for Mediation for underprivileged populations, a lecturer at Al Qasemi College, and a facilitator and organizational consultant at the Ajami Center in Jaffa. She participates in conferences and gives lectures in the field of education with a focus on Arab society in Israel. Previously, she was a lecturer in Kiryat Ono in the field of social sciences, a district instructor in the Central District of the Ministry of Education, worked in the educational center for hospitalized children at Schneider Hospital and established and managed the first center for autism in the Arab sector in the Central District. She holds a bachelor’s degree in special education, a master’s degree in child development, a doctorate from Bar Ilan University and a postdoctoral fellowship from the Hebrew University. She received a certificate in the development of instructional skills and trained as a manager. She lives in Kafr Qassem. She is a co-founder of the CoLab initiative: Koda.
