Shaindy, the director of Osot Esek, an entrepreneurial program designed for Haredi high school female graduates who acquire experience in an innovative field called Making. Shaindy also serves as a program coordinator at Community School – an educational community-based program that creates collaborations between schools and community administrators in Jerusalem. Prior to that, Shaindy coordinated Turning Point, a program that encourages entrepreneurship for at-risk youth in collaboration with the JDC and the education department of the Jerusalem Municipality. In the past, she served as marketing and sales manager for Ateret Shalom Hall and founded an independent business in the fashion field that imported shoes. Shaindy holds a teaching certificate in history, from Gur Seminary. She lives in Jerusalem. She is a co-founder of the Co.Lab Initiative: Mamenet.
