Shay Palachy Affek, freelance consultant in the field of AI. Shay headed data science and AI teams at several startup firms and accompanied companies in capacity building abilities while serving as VP of Data Science at the LeO insurtech startup. Shay also lectures in the data science program of Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management. He is also a co-founder and CEO (volunteer) of Datahack, a data science non-profit that promotes diversity in the field of AI and runs courses and programs for women, Arab society, and others. Shay holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in computer science from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA in business management from Tel Aviv University. Lives in Jaffa.
