Shoshi, National Supervisor of Social Education at the Ministry of Education. As part of her office, she supervises all community social educational programs in the educational system and is in charge of 1,500 officeholders in schools and districts. She also manages a special budget at the Ministry dedicated to funding civil society organizations that work to promote the idea of a shared society in the school system. She holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and Geography and an M.A. in Environmental Planning, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She graduated from the Lahav Course for Managers at Tel Aviv University and the Directors Course at Bar-Ilan University. She lives in Kfar Haroeh. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the CoLab initiative: NAMAL – Youth Promoting Cohesion.
