Tomer, an Independent journalist founder of the public communication medium Shakuf (i.e. Transparent), teaches writing and activism workshops and lectures at The Kibbutzim College and IDC. Tomer was awarded the DIGIT Prize for Excellence in Online Journalism and was ranked one of “100 most influential people in Israeli media” by Globes Newspaper. On his free time, in order to spice up the routine life, he creates poetry and art in a special group he founded called “Nishnooshey Shira” (i.e. Poetry Snacks). He lives in Tel-Aviv.
