Udi, the founder and manager of a company that specializes in entrepreneurship and in developing social projects that integrate people with disabilities into the community. One project is a network of four Batei Midrash (places where the Torah is studied) for ultra-Orthodox Jews coping with psychosocial difficulties. In addition, the company accompanies and integrates hundreds of people with psychosocial difficulties from the Arabic and Jewish communities into the employment market. Another new project is communal housing for individuals with autism and cognitive disablities, in cooperation with religious intentional communities (‘Garinim Toraniyim’) in the peripheries. In the past, Udi worked as a facilitator and a coordinator in Hevruta, a hostel for religious juvenile delinquents and in Retorno, an addiction rehabilitation center. He holds a B.A. in industrial management engineering from Ariel University and an M.A. in education from Bar-Ilan University. He lives in Jerusalem.
