Until recently as CEO of Heschel Center for Sustainability, that spreads sustainability in creative ways, teaches conceptual and practical knowledge and promotes significant change processes in Israel. Victor is also a tour guide who gives lectures about education, sustainability and geography. In the past, he founded and managed the environmental protection field in the IDF. Victor is a graduate of the Heschel Center for Sustainability Leadership Program and a graduate of the Mandel Educational Leadership School. He holds a B.A. in geography and education from the University of Haifa and an M.A. in health systems management from the University of Beer Sheva. He lives in Ramat Gan.
