Yael Bialer Rahamim

Yael Bialer Rahamim, the CEO of Bayit Brigade Providing housing and resilience solutions for lone soldiers from Israel and around the world. In her previous role, she served as VP of Resource Development in Desert Stars, a nonprofit organization focusing on developing the next generation of Bedouin leadership. Prior to that, Yael worked in the informal education field and has taught about Israel at the The Jewish Agency for Israel, the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, Acharai nonprofit organization, and in the Husidman Science Center for Youth. She has an honorary B.A. in sociology and management and an M.A. in sociology, both from Ben-Gurion University. Yael is also a licensed Israeli tour guide. She is married and has four children. She was born and raised in Jerusalem (seventh generation) and moved with her family to Kibbutz Cramim in the Negev, because of her connection to the people and to the desert landscapes.
