Yael, the nationwide educational youth inspector for informal social, and educational programs in local authorities in the Ministry of Education. She emerged from the formal system as an educational counselor and from the informal system as the director of a youth department. She served in many positions in this field and until her current position, she integrated the Youth Law in all the local municipalities and upgraded the state support in the law. She developed in Israel the first pedagogic language of informal education through a national committee that wrote its principals. In this field Yael is leading 256 managers of educational departments and employees of local authorities and also supervises Educators in Uniform — soldiers who serve in the community. She lives in Atlit.
