Yaakov Yosef, a researcher at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of the Ministry of justice. He is also a lecturer at the Ono Academic College and the deputy chairman of the board of directors at the nonprofit Lishma organization for integrating and empowering the mentally ill. In the last decade, he was involved in promoting the rights of people with disabilities, especially psychosocial disabilities within the Jewish ultra-Orthodox community. He is one of the founders of Lev in the Community project, an enterprise that promotes the rights of people with disabilities in the ultra-Orthodox community, and assists in directing it. He holds a B.A. in social sciences and humanities from The Open University and an M.A. in criminology from Haifa University. He lives in Jerusalem.
