Yoni is the CEO and Founder of Matzmichim Center, a non-profit organization working to make classrooms in Israel a safer and nicer place. Yoni has developed the pedagogy and the instruction method in Matzmichim, he facilitates workshops for children and juveniles at risk, for teachers, parents and educational staff. He is a professional advisor for policy planning of reducing violence and creating a nurturing environment. He is a lecturer at the academy, at professional forums and in local and international media. He is a graduate of the honors program for M.A. in public policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He lives in Tel Aviv.
