Yossi, the deputy CEO of Tzohar Halev, a nationwide chain of centers for those with special needs. The chain operates 15 centers throughout Israel, employs over 1000 staff members and tends to about 1,300 proteges from the entire spectrum of disabilities. In the past, Yossi initiated and established academic classes for B.A. and M.A. studies for ultra-Orthodox students. Yossi is a graduate of Talmudic education in Jerusalem and Haifa, holds a B.ED. from Oranim College and has a senior teaching certification from Achiya College. He lives in Nahariya.
