Zohar Yonai Dvora, the Director of Education and Training department at the Ba’eem LaTov – the National Organization for veterans volunteering, which runs by the Ministry for Social Equality and the IACC. Previously she was a co-founder of Ultra-Orthodox Students Communities. After the Israeli protests of 2011, Zohar co-founded the students’ community program in Lod and directed it. The program expanded to ten more places, aiming for communities of young people to be a driving force in the advancement of geographical and social periphery in Israel. In addition, she worked at Israel Association of Community Centers and for the Shacharut non-profit association for the advancement of equality, society and culture in Yokne’am, where she worked on community issues and with special population groups. Zohar received her B.A. in an honors program for education professionals at Oranim College. She lives in Kfar Saba.
She is a co-founder of the CoLab initiative: Ultra-Orthodox Students Communities.
